How to Catch More Good Stuff

Catch More_iStock_000000284485MediumWe don’t have to be happy about our challenges.
But we can certainly choose to look for the good
stuff, and practice feeling ALL of that. We can smile
into the eyes of another, bubble up from a hug,
and spot plenty of humor in the flaws of life.

It only took me thirty+ years to get this . . .
That how I feel about life — it all starts with me.

So now, every day, I try and practice
thinking more good thoughts than bad:
Clean ’em up, CJ. Make ’em count.
’Cuz this ride goes by way too fast.

is that human beings can alter their lives
by altering their attitudes of mind.”

CJ Schepers, I am so grateful for your talents! You are a God-send. Besides being an amazing author and supporter of good in the world, you are a spectacular editor! Thank you for the love and fine-tuning you sprinkled all through Allowing! Thank you for adding such clarity and love to the words I often jumbled and confused, and most of all, thank you for your professional integrity. I look forward to the next book with you!
