Be Bigger Than Your Story

Be Bigger Than Your Story_iStock_000016086131Medium

We all have our stories, some rougher
than others. But circumstances are
circumstances; they are not us.
Make a commitment to release
(or revise) any sad story holding
you back, keeping you stuck, or
standing between you and
your highest potential.

water; you drown by staying there.”

Every time I read one of your blog posts CJ, I say to myself, “This is my Favorite One!” Each one becomes a personal favorite and is profound and inspiring in just a few very well-placed words… Thank you again CJ! AWESOME

Isn’t that what us writers do? We write with a cleansing fire to bring beauty to our turmoil, or we fashion characters to champion our souls by proxy. Every person has the choice to tell his or her own stories in unique ways. Thank you for the reminder…

Yes, Jenny, yes. And through the years I’ve found that my writer’s imagination can make my own life more melancholy or dramatic that it needs to be. I’ve found that I don’t have to stick to “the past” anymore. Pure Heart, CJ

It is a brilliantly written, informative and (a) fascinating read. Burke Strunsky’s ongoing faith in humanity and the criminal justice system is refreshing and his unwavering persistence in seeking justice for the victims of violent crimes serves to light a bright path on the very dark road to justice—and offers hope and inspiration to us all.
