Accept the Challenge

If you’re going through financial difficulties
or any breed of intense challenge—then this is
your moment to spread those invisible wings—
and face the very thing you’d rather not.

“For the personality, bankruptcy or failure
may
be a disaster. For the soul, it may be grist
for
its strangely joyful mill and a condition
it has
been secretly engineering for years.”

Well, maybe not “everything”… some things are either neutral, joyful, or just a pain in the you-know-what. Wink-wink. Pure Heart, CJ

So true….the things that are hardest…usually lead to something better!

In looking back over my life, it was the disasters and the pain that honed me, as if I had been thrust into a fire and then hammered into a better self. But I really, REALLY am tired of learning through pain and adversity.

I struggled to find any personal success I could believe in until I stopped being afraid to fail. Thank goodness I had mentors who believed in me and and helped me create a safe place to grow through risk of failure.

Thank you for another fantastic reminder to live by, CJ!
